Position: Marketing Associate (Part Time)

Job Summary:

We here at Limitless Global Services are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing

Associate to help develop and implement marketing strategies for our firm. The Marketing

Associate will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s brand awareness, driving lead generation,

and supporting sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital channels
• (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, brochures,
• and website updates.
• Manage social media accounts and increase online visibility.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and client outreach programs.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts
• and business goals.
• Collaborate with Channel Partners about marketing strategies and beta testing different
• strategies with the 100,000 monthly leads.
• Track open and close ratios of marketing campaign and help identify trends and analysis.
• Update Hubspot and push out campaigns through CRM.
• Assist in managing the company’s website and other digital assets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in finance, accounting & insurance or
• wealth management.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms,
• SEO/SEM).
• 2+ years of Hubspot experience
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.



Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
