Mr. Roberts is a dynamic financial executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across accounting, finance, debt restructuring, receivership, and private equity. His career, which began in 2008, reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence, strategic financial leadership, and innovation in both traditional and tech-driven environments.
Mr. Roberts has held key roles as Controller and CFO, working closely with private equity portfolios and high-growth companies. He led the accounting function for a PE firm managing over 50 portfolio companies with operations spanning China, Mexico, and the United States, where he streamlined financial operations and strengthened cross-border reporting.
His experience also includes overseeing the accounting and finance functions for Casamigos Spirits, the premium tequila brand founded by George Clooney. Mr. Roberts played a vital role in supporting the brand's financial infrastructure during its rapid growth phase and successful acquisition by Diageo. He later served in a leadership role at Elevation Solar, the sister company of real estate platform OfferPad, contributing to its financial strategy and scaling initiatives.
In 2013, Mr. Roberts founded Limitless Investment & Capital, a full-service accounting and financial services firm. Under his leadership, Limitless has grown into a multi-faceted company offering CFO services, insurance, credit card processing, debt financing, and more—all under one roof. Always at the forefront of innovation, he has recently launched AI-powered tax and bookkeeping teams, and is currently developing cutting-edge AI tax planning software designed to help clients maximize savings and optimize their financial strategies.
