He has demonstrated the ability to lead the development of financial and business analysis, present business situations to leadership and drive achievement of goals. His strong leadership skills combined with a team-oriented style generate results as well as respect at all levels of the organization. His industry background includes construction, distribution, manufacturing, trucking, service and retail.

David has worked in these industries as the CFO, Controller, and Manager of Finance effectively leading Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Credit and Collections, Billing, Risk Management and Insurance, Procurement, and Information Technology. He has worked in startups, turnarounds, international, family, and ESOP owned companies. His broad experience and strategic perspective make him an effective finance leader and trusted advisor. David brings leadership and insight that generates confidence, team building, and focus. He remains calm in stressful, challenging situations providing guidance to executives and employees through complex and troubling situations.

His goal is to help a business owner meet their objectives by providing timely and accurate financial reporting, improving cash flow, developing and implementing plans to maximize the value of the business. He accomplishes this by delivering financial and operational solutions including cost reductions, inventory control, and revenue growth. To support operational and strategic business growth, David has extensive experience in developing and implementing key business metrics and sound financial controls. He is very goal oriented and accustomed to "rolling up his sleeves" to solve problems.
